Ever told someone, “I wear lots of hats” when talking about what you do? If so, we have a lot in common. But there are so many hats out there, especially in the start-up world. Which one’s are you wearing?
The Project Management Hat
This hat in particular is the hat I wear the most. Whether I like it or not.
The Social Media Hat
A hat I wear to most social occasions… on the internet. People on the other end may not see it, but I make sure to let them know I’m smiling while I wear it.
The Creative Thinking Cap
This cap complements my “deep thought” face rather well. When wearing it, my creativity knows no bounds… or at least I think.
The SEO Hat
This one is white, all over! Wearing it makes me feel an overwhelming sence of pride. Especially in a world of full of black hats.
The Content Strategist Hat
Content is KING! Thats why some call it a crown. I put this one on when fulfilling my royal obligations to the internet.
The Website Analytics Hat
Quite a stylish hat depending on the occasion. On upward trends, this feels like it just may be the best hat that you own.
The Troubleshooter Hat
This hat means business. In a start-up world, troubleshooting and problem solving skills are a must. And problems must be solved quickly because there are many hats to be worn throughout the day.
The Back Up Hat
This one gives me that “hero to the rescue” feeling. On any given day, this hat can replace the Troubleshooter Hat, and on those days, its my favorite.
The Customer Retention Hat
On the days I wear this hat, handshakes and hugs are common, emails are sent promptly, and phone calls wrap up with lunch invites.
The Closer Hat
Some might argue this is the most important hat you can wear, because at the end of the day you tend to get hungry, and nothing beats food on the table.
