Are you in the market for a new website for your business? It's probably really easy for you to think of a website that you like visually and relay that over to your web designer. However, that's only one piece of the puzzle. These are all questions that should be answered very early on in the website process.
10 West Yoga is a studio that just opened in the Leon Springs area of San Antonio, Texas. When 10 West came to us, the web process started by identifying the user's needs and starting the process of researching and picking the perfect booking software to integrate into the website. Doing your research is key, so do as much of it as you can and make sure that the solution you are looking at is easy to integrate into the site and will work with the tech stack your client will be utilizing for marketing (such as Mailchimp, Facebook Pixels, Google Analytics, etc.)
For 10 West, we settled on a booking and business software called Mindbody. We chose this software because it allowed for not only managing the business as a whole, including staff, payroll, and sales, but also has great support, diverse marketing tools, and incredibly user-friendly website integrations. While this isn't the most glamorous part of the process, it's a crucial part of the user experience and one that we take seriously to ensure our partners are getting a site that not only looks great but grows their business.
