From live music by the Purlsnap Shirts, to delish Bite Street Bistro burgers & Saweet Cupcakes, we had a blast at Tribu’s Epic 5 Year Anniversary Happy Hour.
Gracias
A little note from our CEO, Sara Helmy, giving us all the feels…
“I couldn’t let the five-year festivities pass without pausing to take a moment to think about where we are today and how we got here. There’s one part of Tribu that’s constant and that’s the people. Yes, people come and go, and people change jobs or modify their work habits and shift gears (some for worse and some for better), but there’s always people behind Tribu.” – Sara Helmy
So we’d like to take a quick sec to thank all of our partners who’ve been a part of this journey with us—we couldn’t have done it without you.

Bad & Boozy
It wouldn’t be a stellar Tribe Happy Hour without a little booze. Our guest bartender crafted Tribrew, a fruity drink with a serious kick. Key Ingredient? A fun bag.
Didn’t get enough Tribrew? Grab the recipe below.
1oz Papa’s Pilar Blonde
1oz Papa’s Pilar Dark
.75 Raspberry Simple Syrup
.75 Lime Juice
Add above ingredients into a shaker tin, shake your money maker, then strain into an HEB tough sandwich bag with ice and wheel slice of blood orange. Top off with 3oz blood orange soda. Stick a straw in the bag and zip it, (zip it real good!) but not too good, as you need the straw to stay open). Zip tie around the bag and straw. Use the tail of the zip tie as a handle.
That’s how you Tribrew.
