Ensemble is not your typical senior living facility, and we wanted that to show through the brand design. After conducting interviews with the Ensemble team and diving into preliminary research, we compiled 3 strong brand pillars – Inclusivity, Lively, Comfort. Playing with mid century modern themes and vibrant colors, we created a brand that was fun and lively, yet welcoming and approachable, for the senior target audience that will call this historic building their home.
After establishing brand pillars and designing the brand visuals, it was time for us to launch this up and coming senior living facility out into the world. We designed the website and created social media pages, running brand awareness ad campaigns and PPC campaigns on google to encourage seniors to ‘join the waitlist’. The facility wasn’t open yet, but it was important to generate buzz and start receiving inquiries.
OOH AND COLLATERAL DESIGN
With the target audience being 55+, OOH advertising was important to reach those who are not on social media. We may be millennials, but we understand where different demographics get their information! Through wayfinding, print ads and merchandise, we created vibrant designs with large lettering to help spread awareness across the older generation in San Antonio.
Showcasing the progress of the construction and interior design was important to future tenants who have generated interest in the Ensemble facility. We conducted several photoshoots to help seniors get excited about the progress and envision their future life at Ensemble.
